Payment Policy
Payment is due 48 hours after invoice has been sent. We accept Interac bank transfers.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Required for last minute cancellation: As a valued customer of Leeanne cooks, we ask that you provide us with notice at least 48 hours prior to any pause in service or cancellation of your scheduled services. Please notify Leeanne via text or email. Failure to advise us 48 hours in advance will result in a late cancellation charge. Cancellations occurring within the 48-hour window will be billed at 50% of the expected service fee. In some cases, we may be able to work with you and provide a drop-off service or re-schedule to a different day.
