Our pricing is transparent. I charge my time at $65 per hour for shopping and cooking. Grocery costs are charged on top of that.

When we schedule your day, we book a time slot. We typically book three cooking sessions per day: 9:30am, 12:30pm, and 3:30pm.

When we first meet, we have you fill in a survey prior to any cooking. I want to find out what you like so that I can make super delicious food that you will love.
We accept Interac E-transfer for payment.
Every week we provide a new menu, and they are always custom.
The week’s menu is available Friday morning. We require choices to be made by Saturday at noon.

Yes, every container is labelled with heating or serving instructions and is dated as well.
Meals can be kept in your refrigerator for up to 5 days. If you know you will not get to a meal in that timeframe, put in the freezer. It is labelled so you will know exactly what it is.
Absolutely. Our comprehensive survey will cover this.
We don’t normally provide meal delivery, but in an emergency this could be possible.
It would only be necessary for someone to be home to open the door if we were not able to make entrance arrangements prior to the service date.
