Serenity Starts Within

Get Ready to be Treated!

If there are any specialty tools needed, I’ll bring them. But there are some basic items you’ll want to have on hand in your kitchen. If you don’t happen to have them, just let me know.

Leave me a clean and tidy workspace to work in, and I’ll leave it squeaky clean when I’m finished. Prep your kitchen so that it’s ready to go!

There are a few things we’ll need to go over before I prepare your meals, particularly before our first session. Before each cooking session, be sure to touch base with me by phone or text.
