Meet Leeanne.
Leeanne grew up working in restaurants. Her very first job was flipping burgers at McDonalds at the tender age of 14 making $2.85. Through high school and university she worked at brunch spots, seafood restaurants, country fine dining and even a university bar balancing trays of draught. She loved it all.
Over time, Leeanne never forgot those years during high school and university she spent working in restaurants. She loved the fast pace, the hospitality and the magic.
She became the food editor and food stylist for Canadian magazines like Wish, Canadian Family, Gardening Life and Glow Magazine. Along the way, she became a trained Chef at the venerable George Brown Chef School. And so here we are: Leeannecooks.
